Finding solutions to massive, gigantic, extreme productions is what I'm all about.
When you have a show, a set, a design - something that seems impossible to execute - this is when you call me. I’ve handled everything from the Olympics, to a pair of 100-foot-tall dancing birds, to launching planes off of an aircraft carrier.
“While the difficult takes time, the impossible just takes a little longer.”
Brands of Awesomeness
THE DOERS OF THE DARING
BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT
Overwatch launched in the spring of 2016. By the fall there were 10's of millions of players. We assembled 96 of the best international players to face each other while representing their home country.
RESORTS WORLD SENTOSA
RWS had an ambitious set of projects for its new development. One of which was the Crane Dance, designed by Jeremy Railton.
RED BULL AIR RACE
A sport that demands pilots who can fly 50 feet off the ground at over 250 MPH. And that's the easy part. Coordinating the FAA, Navy, Coast Guard, and a host of others - that was the challenge.
OVERWATCH WORLD CUP
The Overwatch World Cup was the premiere International esports competition for the Overwatch franchise. Held at BlizzCon, the show featured 16 teams form around the world, a one-of-a-kind set, and resulted in 40+ hours of live gaming broadcast.
My role on the show was Coordinating Producer. I developed all of the supporting video content for each team, player interviews, and custom opening segments. Additionally, I guided the live broadcast, coordinating a traditional sports team that included ground-breaking in-game replays.
FIAT-CHRYSLER GROUP "GEARS"
Gears was a show concept from Spinifex that was intended to put the SHOW back into the car show. a 10,000 square foot space with 7 automotive brands, a full compliment of moving lights, audio design and over 200 pieces of media programmed to 20 HD screens.
I was hired by Spinifex because of my live show experience. All of the elements existed, but they needed to be whipped in to shape and choreographed into a wholistic one-hour show. "Give me fuel, give me fire..."
THE CRANE DANCE
Still one of the most astounding accomplishments of my career. Resorts World wanted a SPLASH - something that had never been seen before, something that would make them known around the globe.
As this project came together, I would end up wearing multiple hats - a bit of project management, a bit of producing, a bit of being a financial and contract wiz. You never fully know what each project is going to task you with. In the end, our team accomplished what should go down in history as a Guinness World Record.
SALT LAKE OLYMPICS
A true life-changing moment for me. This was the first international event after 9/11. It was the opportunity of a lifetime and truly catapulted me from small-town dreamer to literally being on the biggest stage on the planet.
As part of the venue management team, my job covered so much ground, it's hard to remember it all. It ran the gamut from construction projects to security planning to organizing backline equipment to teaching an eagle to fly in our arena.
